I recently moved to Yakima and went to Dr. Austin. I am scared of the dentist but he and his staff were so friendly and I even better I didn't feel a thing! He even called that evening to check on how I was feeling. It is so refreshing to find a doctor who actually cares about his patients.

We were patients @ Chalet Dental Clinic for a couple of years. Until one of the procedures that I had done exceeded my insurance maximum and I ended up making payments on the difference. The business office turned the account over to collections after I had been trying to pay it off. This office is so big that the dentists have no idea of what the needs and issues of the patients are. No communication. All by the book.

I just get a relaxed feel when I step into their office. I love how friendly they are.
