Ordered flowers and balloons for a birthday surprise. flowers were delivered at a good time, but balloons were forgotten. I was not able to be in town for this birthday and was hoping everything went well, when i contacted rae's they weren't very simpathetic and said "you acted like these balloons not being delivered were the end of the world", well, to be honest, when i pay for a service, especially when it is 100$ flowers and balloons, to be delivered in my absense for an "over the top makeshift birthday surprise" i expect them to arrive, especially when i could have done the same thing for half the price. On the phone they were very rude and kept downplaying the scenario saying they didn't see it as a big deal. they did however refund my money for the balloons that were forgotten, but, I will never use their services again. horrible experience and the people are quite rude.

I live out of state but my husband's family are all in Winston-Salem, and there are times when I need to order flowers and everytime I order I hear from the family on how beautiful they are and everyone wants to know where they came from. Since we can not always be there and most times with most florist you hope the flowers made it and are nice, it is nice to know they are always perfect and always received quickly. I highly recommend them!
