He charged me $275 to sweep my chimney then told me my chimney liner was not safe and he wanted to put a lining in for thousands of dollars. When I called another company, AAA Affordable Chimney Supply and Sweep, they came with no cover fee and did a video inspection from top to bottom. The camera showed there was not one crack in my liner. I will never use a company again that I don't look up on the web ,Aaaaffordablechimneysupply.is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rated on every home-improvement website and the biggest supplier in North Carolina for Chimney supply I should've went with them first. Boy, I sure learned a lesson there...

I was impressed with the level of customer service provided by this company. I was called the morning of the appointment to confirm, they were on time and they were very clean and professional. I will recommend them to everyone I know and only use them in the future!

1) They don't do well returning phone calls! 2) The charged me nearly $800 to replace my chimney chase cover and it leaks. 3) They want to charge me $75 to come out and look at their sorry work and make a suggestion.
