Currently live here and absolutely love it. Besides the AC problem and the small parking lot . Manager is nice and and is the greatest most helpful landlord I've ever had..

I think Strattford east is the worst apartments I've ever lived in. Hot as hell always no matter where I turn the thermostat to. Feels like 90 degrees always. Constant apartment people coming into your apartment without your permission. Feels like jail or prison like they are constantly checking on people. No privacy. Wish I could give this place zero stars. GladI moved out

This is absolutely the worst place ever! I wish I could give it no stars! They come into your apartment whenever they want, they have a cooling system and you don't control the temperature in your apartment. My apartment is in shade and it never gets below 85 degrees. I come home to hell. The parking lot is a disaster and the big boss lady is a nazi who wants to tow peoples cars away when they're tags are slightly expired. Slum lord doesn't begin to sum her up. Has such a poor attitude and doesn't care about the tendants. The pool is disgusting and so is laundry room. About the only good thing is the layout of the apartment. I thought all bills paid would be amazing, I'd rather pay bills than live in a muggy hot apartment and be miserable all summer. Ever person that lives here hates that its so hot and you have no control over that. Would never ever recommend to my worst enemy. Trust me, keep looking.

this place is the worse apartments i have ever lived in. The tenants here have no privacy its is like living in a nursing home, landlord is very controlling watches what everyone does and is in everyones business. And if you ever need anything fixed well good luck with that. They make sure everything looks nice on outside but when it comes to the inside they careless what it looks like. The landlord is very nice in the beginning but as soon as you move in all hell breaks loose!!

Great apartments to live. Wonderful management. Always responds promptly to any concerns. I would recommend this apartment housing to anyone.
