I had an excellent pre-visit to discuss expected billings, procedure(s) & pain management. I was very impressed with the waiting room amenities, including the restroom. The staff was courteous & I was seen by the doctors assistant within 5-minutes of my scheduled appointment. The doctor entered the room about 5-minutes after the assistant began to prep me (to be examined). The doctor explained the treatment process & then was willing to listen to & answer my questions, without making me feel like he was in a rush.
