Absolutely horrible. After an extremely unfortunate accident, in my brand new 2017 vehicle a mere 2 weeks after driving it off the lot Protech was where the dealership sent me as they are certified to work on my particular make and model. It took them 40 days to complete the repairs to the front bumpe of my car. Not only myself, but also my insurance company was given the run around as to what was being fixed, when it would be fixed etc. Parts were not ordered, finger pointing as to why car wasn't ready just absolutely horrible. When I finally received my car there was a large scratch not do to the accident, but caused by Protech. In addition, the repainting that was done caused over spray and a foggy eneven coat. This was a BRAND new vehicle that now has a host of problems I brought to Protech to be fixed and returned to me like new and it wasn't. Stay far far away from this body shop. I will continue to tell everyone I know about this place in hopes one day they get shut down

Protech took such excellent care of my car and took care of everything including dealing insurance adjustor, all I had to do is drop off my car and pick it up. AJ and the Owner were so polite and attentive to all my concerns and kept me well informed with the status. I am very happy to give them 5 stars

BY FAR THE WORST SHOP EVER. STAFFING IS VERY RUDE, THEY HAVE AN ATTITUDE OF " I DONT CARE ITS NOT MY PROBLEM"

IVE NEVER BEEN HUMILIATED AND PUT DOWN BY SO MANY PEOPLE. THE MANAGER NOT SURE HER NAME , SHE IS WEARING GLASSES BY FAR THE MOST RUDEST MEAN LADY IVE EVER MET. THEY WERE IGNORING ME AND LOOKING AT ME LIKE IF I DONT KNOW WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT, THEY WERE GIVING ME AN ATTITUDE ALL THE TIME ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER . SERIOUSLY I HAD MY CAR IN THE SHOP FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS FROM A CAR ACCIDENT THEY HAD ME BACK AND FORTH, WHEN I GOT IT BACK IT WAS MAKING SOME WEIRD NOISES , I TOOK IT BACK AND EXPLAINED TO THEM WHAT WAS GOING ON AND THEY DIDNT CARE, NOW THERE CHARGING ME OVER A 1000 TO GET MY CAR BACK WHEN IT SHOUDL HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE OF BY THEM OR THE INSURANCE OF THE ACCIDENT. VERY , VERY DISSAPOIONTED I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY ONE..... POOR , RUDE, MEAN STAFFING ALL OF THEM!!!!!!

10 years ago Protech was a good place to get your vehicle repaired. Currently, the staff have a "I don't care attitude" since its not their cars. They are nice to you when you drop your vehicle off, but once they get paid they will ignore you if you have any issues with your vehicle. The current staff sucks. Do not take your cars to Protech. I made the mistake of taking it there. All the positive comments you read are probably from Protech staff.

Ive been reading these ridiculous reviews and I must say, people its not Protech that has fault in the waiting time. ITS YOUR CRAPPY INSURANCE, who gives them a long wait on the claims, etc. etc. Protech Collision has great service, My whole family, and friends have always gone there, and the paint & repair jobs are always Beyond my expectations. They do an awesome job. I love the after paint part, when they buff my cars. It adds the cherry on top to the job. I must say those guys do a very awesome job. I will ALWAYS recommend this place to all my friends and family. AND NEXT TIME YOU THINK ITS THE COMPANY MAKING YOU WAIT, UPGRADE INSURANCE AND BLAME THEM!!!!

I was recently in a wreck and my insurance told me to take it there. I didnt receive my car untill two months later. The manager kept on giving me the run around and kept telling me he ordered the wrong parts. I finally got my car back and wasnt very happy with the results. I later found out that a relative took it to them also and had the same problem with them. They didn't fix her car correctly either. So i seriously wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
