If you purchase a cake from THIS particular location, BEWARE. I recently bought a root beer float cake & it was filled with mold. I returned it for a refund only to find out that the manager was very rude. No apology just handed me my $ w/a sarcastic "have a good day". FYI, this particular oak ridge has higher prices than the one on Hoover road. Their cakes are 5.99 & the other locations sell them @ 4.99 Just saying.
There prices could be a little more competitive. They won't double a coupon if it will make the item free. They distribute ads and don't have the items that are on sale for the first day of the sale. I give three stars since the fried chicken in the deli is delicious.
