brought my vehicle to get body work done and rust repaired. I Was quoted for the repairs. I dropped my vehicle off and after a week no reply. I give them a call to get an update and get the runaround. After a week and a half with no response I call again only to hear that my vehicle is in the paint booth without getting the rust repaired! I ask what the deal is and he quotes me double the original price to get it done.after that I was told that I was basically lying about the original price. Now 2 weeks in I'm trying to get this resolved and body by Bruce is far from helpful. If you want a good qaulity paint job from quality staff go anywhere but here. if you want to get the runaround with incompetent staff , and not get what you ask then these are your guys.. Trust me and avoid this place

They give you free vehicle rental (junky 13 year old Toyota suv). Body work was decent, but detail around the trunk area was poor. Paint was ok, but again around the trunk area it was poor. Which in my book is a poor job overall. I could have complained but would have probably had to do without my car for another week. If you are a stickler for detail, you probably want to go somewhere more reputable like a dealership. Live and learn i guess.
