Won't let me be seen there because I wanted answers as to why my failed surgery wasn't helping. dr Daniel Alves has refused to see me to diagnose why the stimulator he implanted isn't working. No x rays, cat scan or MRI ordered. Just would talk about more medication. A pill farm. So when I pressed them for answers, they blind sided me with the CEO at my appt that was supposed to be with the Medtronic's rep for reprogramming. So very unethical, violation of Hippa laws discussing me personally with everyone on staff that had nothing to do with my case. They blame everything on Workers Comp and Medtronic Reps. I have never heard of a Dr refusing to see a patient after surgery. I am filing a complaint with the State Medical licensing board.
