Second time I've used All Valley HVAC in the last several years. Always fast, friendly and thorough. Called in the morning, had an afternoon appointment setup. The problem was diagnosed quickly, they made a short trip for parts and everything was up & running in no time. Highly recommend!

Todd has been my AC repair guy for about 2 years. Does a great and honest job and will never tell you to buy something unless you absolutely need to. He has always comes thru especially with unexpected issues. AC stopped working and I have a disease which make me heat intolerant, so getting it fixed was a priority. After checking out the ratings of several companies, I called All Valley. Todd came out when he said he would be here. He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and had the parts to repair. Within an hour, the house was cooling down.

I asked Todd about preventative maintenance contracts, and he was honest, they are a waste of $. He said he wouldn't do it, but knows there are companies out there who will just to take your money.

Honest, Thorough and Fair Price, Can't find better than that!

After calling all over town, i decided to see if All Valley Heating & Air Conditioning could take a look at my A/C. I called and left a message with their office at 9:30 am. Todd called me at 9:33 am saying that he could stop by on his way to his next service call that was also in my area.

He took 5 minutes to diagnose my problem and had it repaired in a total of 20 minutes. However, instead of leaving as soon as the job was completed, he stayed an additional 20-30 minutes discussing thermostat settings and filter cleaning methods to reduce my energy cost. When he found out that my cooling coil had never been cleaned, he gave me clear instructions on how I could clean it myself to save money.

My A/C unit stopped cooling because it needed a capacitor replaced. Todd charged $85 labor and $45 for the part. I had the exact same part replaced 5 years ago for over $300!

Its difficult to find an honest repair company.. A/C, Heating, Plumbing, etc. However, Todd and his crew are excellent! They are professional, courteous, and were extremely honest about my repair.

He has earned a permanent customer and I will not hesitate to recommend him to any of my family or friends.

A PLEASURE doing business with All Valley. It's been a long time since I've done business with a company that exhibited long ago work ethics. They were prompt, courteous and helpful but best of all they knew their business and did an excellent job. It was the hottest time so far this year and Todd was really coooool and now I'm cool too!!!!..

Todd and his colleague were very professional, neat, and knowledgeable. My furnace was leaking water due to too much condensation in my unit. They quickly diagnosed that my furnace needed to have the drain blown out, freon added to my unit, and a new filter. I appreciated Todd informing me of how to make sure I do not have the same problem again. He educated me on how to care for my unit! 5 star service!!!

We need to support businesses like All Valley and people like Todd. My A/C went out at the height of a heat wave, causing the interior of my house to reach 90 degrees. I called four different A/C repair companies and received quotes ranging from $150 for them to just show up (parts and labor extra…of course) to a whopping $1700!! Whereas when I called Todd's answering service, Todd called me back within 5 minutes, he listened to the problem, made a preliminary diagnosis and said if his assessment was correct then the part that I needed would cost $10!!!!!! He arrived on time to the appointment the next day and within 10 minutes of his arrival, the A/C was fixed and running again. What an incredible experience to have been led to believe that I would have to spend hundreds if not thousands and here comes along an honest, friendly and experienced person who charged a mere $85 for the visit and as quoted $10 for the part. Again folks...the more we support people like Todd, the more we can all benefit and hopefully you can have the same great experience as I did. Otherwise...be careful…since I am sure the guy from the San Fernando Valley who quoted me $1700 is looking for another desperate customer to trick into paying him what I didn’t!
