I brought my pool vacuum in to be repaired, and was helped by a friendly young man after a brief wait for customers in line. He took apart the unit and installed the parts replacement kit right in front of me in very quick order, never hesitating as to which parts went where and used everything in the kit. I was in and out of the store within 25 min with refurbished pool vacuum in hand. The vacuum now works great.

We contracted with this location to replace our pool pump 17 days ago. The pump has never worked. Store has no sense of urgency to get anybody back out to fix it. They cashed my check, of course. Store does not stand behind their work. We are very disappointed with their installation work. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR INSTALLATION OR SERVICE!!
