This guy was rude as all hell. Both him and his employee came in the door with cigarettes dangling out their mouths. Never asked would you prefer we smoke outside or anything. Then they plugged an 11,000 BTU heater in downstairs in the basement while they worked. We did not mind, but; it would have been niced if they would have asked if that was ok. We had purchased some items to hook up our gas dryer and we noticed they used the gas sealant we bought for their work, and when they left they took ourts with them. When my wife noticed they were using our supplies she went to gather other items around them and this guys went out screaming how he could not work like this. We bought our home as a repo home so needed some work. He went out and called our realestate agaent and ask them to call us and have our dog secured because he was almost bitten and also to not watch him work. Our daog was secured in the back yard with a fenced in yard. I did mention to him if he needed access to the back yard to let us know as we have a large Germen Shepherd dog in the yard. He also smelled or alcohol and the basement did as well so I know he was drinking there as well. He was never pleasant. He mention that in the future just call them for any plumbing issues once we move in. I wouldn't call them if they were the last place left on the planet. I do not know which Rotary Man serivce he works for as there were four areas listed on his truck but the once guys first name is Darrell, since he was hired by our realestater I do not have a receipt with names on it or addresses, but if I receive on I will add to this.
