I went to Flooring 101 looking for Hardwood flooring and carpeting. The sales person was extremely helpful and took the time to find the flooring product that was right for me and my family. We just had it all installed and it looks amazing. We would definitely use this company again.

Dealing with the Thousand Oaks location has been the most painful experience I've ever had. Picking out carpet was easy. Getting it installed is a nightmare. It's going on two months and still not done. Stay away from this store. Once they have your monet they forget they have a job to finish.

My mother was looking for carpet for her living room. She looked all over and found the color and quality she wanted at Flooring 101. Scott was very helpful throughout the entire process. He was able to work well within our budget.
