Beware, they claim to charge the same as post office for priority FLAT rate envelope. Took advantage of elderly relative and charged her over 21 dollars for something that costs $6.65 at the post office but assured her that the cost was the same. They should be ashamed of themselves.

They a nice yet they do not give you the complete information needed when shipping packages.. Their cost is almost double what shipping a package either USPS or direct from UPS would be.. When questioning the management about the fee's and why I was n to informed about customer fee's etc.. I was hung up on.. I would not advise anyone to us this store...
