      GOT WHAT I EXPECTED - CLEAN CLOTHES. SERVICE WAS OKAY BUT KIND OF RUDE. WON'T STOP ME FROM USING THEM, BUT I WON'T GO OUT OF MY WAY EITHER.

      HORRIBLE AND COSTLY EXPERIENCE

      I speculate that they overcharged me 80 dollars for one trip, they "assumed" that I wanted a service that I did not ask for, and then refused a refund. I called both owners and they both do not care about what the customer has to say, and will say anything to get out of a giving a refund for their employee's dishonesty. The customer service is horrid, The employee yelled at me and refused to give me his name after realizing his mistake. Then the owners Mike and his wife and Greg, said hurtful things to me over the phone, and Mike called me a liar. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLEANER, CHOOSE ANOTHER ONE FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR WALLET AND PEACE OF MIND.

      They have a few highschool punks working there and if you like to listen to highschool drama and have your clothes come up missing, then this is the right place

      Blue Ribbon is a good location, right on the price, and does quick, friendly service. The owner/manager is often on site to answer questions, and it's nice to know that my best clothes are being handled professionally and with care.
