They have a call reminder text system which sends out the wrong date and the receptionist doesn't know how to speak professionally to the office's patients.The office does not follow HIPPA regulations. I also had to pay $20.00 for my x-rays, I was given 2 out of 6 films (printed on a copier and very fuzzy), my new dentist had to take all new films. I would not step foot into this office even if there was no other office available within a 100 mile radius and I was in agonizing pain! The dentist knew I was having problems while I was desk picking up my films and he didn't want to help with my issue.

The docter was very patient and pleasant to me. Discussed all the problems and treatment with me. The office is clean and smell nice. I will surely recomend people to his office.

I was very nervous about my sons fillings because he tends to not like denitists. However, everyone there put him at ease and it was very helpful that the doctor was able to use sedation to help my son relax.

Dr. Gideon excepted me and as new patient when many others in syracuse were not taking them. At first I thought this was not a good sign, but after my visit, I knew that my worries were not warrented. The staff and Dr. were all friendly and helpful. They were very knowledgable and I was glad I was able to find a new dentist.
