I have used this family owned business for years. Unfortunately for high end vacuums that seem to have issues. When they repair the problem it's done, never to happen again. I am headed there tomorrow for a different problem. A year later with my electroiux, but not worried for it wll be fixed with no issues. Heads up people, they also sell used, repaired vacuums, and I just may walk out with one of them, for it will most likely work better then mine. Manufactures could learn something from Aaa Vacuum.
