These folks are great very nice showed me the problem we had with are car even took a picture and sent to my wife so she could see the problem. The guys here took very good care of us great prices no pressure over all excellent experience , I wrote this because people should no and I don't write reviews. We would always recommend this guys thanks for everything .

these people were great fixed my car fast and less then the other shop told me, plus some of the stuff i was told wasnt even bad they showed me were the problem was and let me know my brakes would last at least another year. the other shop told me they needed to be done know or i would reck my rotors, these guys are very upfront straight shoters. they have a customer for life thanks northwest automotive jane

I DONT WRITE REVIEWS, BUT THIS TIME I HAD TO TELL YOU ABOUT THIS PEOPLE AT NORTHWEST AUTOMOTIVE. THIS FOLKS WERE VERY BESY, JIM WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO GET MY CAR IN AND GOT IT FIX SO I COULD GET BACK ON THE ROAD. THEY DOUBLED UP ON MY CAR FIXED MY BRAKES GOT OIL CHANGE DONE AND EVEN FIXED A NAIL IN MY TIRE I DIDNT EVEN NO I HAD FOR FREE, THEY ROTATED MY TIRE FOR FREE ALSO. THANKS GUYS YOU WERE GREAT

We just went to nortwest automotive on pines, these people were great we were told to see them for a price on tires and the brakes we needed. Jim explained the tires to me why the guys checked my brakes, he was so good and took the time to where I know tires. We picked a 75k tire almost 4 hundred less then les schwab. Best part we didn't need brakes like we were told... Thanks guys for everything is nice to know there are still great mechanic still out there... Janet

were shoping for tires and alignment these people took the time to explain the difference between tires and explained it to me were i understood. then we talked budget and how long we were going to keep the car, no other tire shop did this with us....... we saved money on tires and the alignment and bought a tire in our budget thanks guys.... tammy will be back
I have used them for years and purchased tires from them the othe day. They explained all of their tire options to me will to help me make an informed decision on the tires that were best for me and my budget. I greatly appreciated it, the mechanic was very knowledgeable and I will come back for all my auto needs.

I took my car into there shop and they supposely fixed my thermostat, housing and main hoses from housing to radiator. I paid $248. 3 weeks later my car started leaking again so I took it back in there and they said my housing was cracked and tried charging me another $200. I argued with the manager and still finally ended up paying $100 because I needed my car. So I basically paid for the same sevice twice. Last Saturday my car started leaking antifreeze again. I took it back to there shop and they said they were to busy to look at my car. So I had to take it to another shop and come to find out they had to replace a hose that I paid northwest to replace. So again I paid $144 again to fix the same problem. I took the part and the reciept into northwest and they basically told me not there problem. They will tell you they are replacing parts and they are not. They will rip you off!! I have had to have my car fixed for the same problem 3 times since they have worked on my car in 3 mnths
Beware they will ripe you off they charge me for an alignment $90 and didn’t fix my car they said that they cant adjust to factory specs but yet still charge me for it stay away from them
I have been doing business with this company for a couple years now and have always felt I was getting the best service at a competitive price. I stopped going to all of the other chain stores in town as I had caught them a couple of times not doing the work they said they did and overcharging for work they had not performed. At Northwest Tire, I get great honest service at a fair price everytime I am there.
these people gave me the best price on tires in spokane and have great service with every thing they have done foe me and my wife,,,, iam ex military and have never ask for a dicount. this clown should be appalled with him self you got the best price and want more please, why do you think your better then the rest of the people shouldnt the working man or women get discount or everybody else. the hasve great prices and service. i recommand northwest tire to everybody small company great people with great prices... thank northwest tire
I am appalled that a company that states it offers military discount only offers it when it wants. I have had both my cars worked at their shop with good service, including the military discount. When I ask for the discount with new tires, I was told they could not do it because tires were selling well. What does honoring a discount have to do with that? Well, maybe they should just say they sometimes offer military discounts then. I will be looking somewhere else that offers the military discount all the time. Military Personnel, Beware!
These guys are awesome. They'll tell you whats up with your car and fix exactly what they say they'll fix, not mess with other parts of the car. Their prices are very competitive compared to other places around town. Highly recommended
the guy at the valley store are great, they fixed my car athave the price i was quoted at other shop. the tire price was 400.00 les then les schwab for a tire that was rated #2 how can they sell at this prices great people,auto service is great the just have the best prices.
I have been going to Northwest Tire since they opened their doors and before that I was a dedicated customer of the current owner of NW Tire. He is an honest and trustworthy guy who does an incrediable job when it comes to repairing cars and trucks, and they have the best tires and prices in Spokane.
