This past winter the copier was jammed and the mgr was right there, but told me to wait for help and he got back to pushing his cart of stuff to the back room. I went there to ship something, and they wouldn't take the package unless I purchased something AND that same manager was rude about it too. Last night I went there for a charger for my Acer Chromebook that I bought there, (i bought 2 total). The girl said she would show me where the chargers are, but they cant show me a chromebook charger. They didn't tell me they no longer sold them. They were all rude. I just walked out. Rude people, empty store, and I won't return either. This is why stores go out of business.

My wife accidentally bought a phone charger for the iphone 4 (and we have iphone 5s). When she got back to the car (I was waiting in the car with our baby) I told her she got the wrong charger. She went back to exchange it, but they didn't have an iphone 5 charger. They would NOT give her a refund. So now we're stuck with the wrong charger! Next time I'm using amazon...I'm so glad the office depot in CD'A is going out of business, with customer service like that it's no surprise they are.

Convenient location relative to my house adds a star to this review. I have had rather gruff service here more than once, it takes longer than most places to check out at the register, and I find the store front a bit junky and unwelcoming (parking/security gates/lack of windows/sidewalk always needs a powerwash).I've driven further to avoid this store and go to their competitor near the mall in the valley for better customer service and, a couple of times, better prices.

I had to return a computer to be fixed that I had bought previously at an Office Depot in Florida. It was under warranty and I had no problem with taking it in and getting it repaired. I had it back within a week and ready to hook back up. Great turn around time.
