I went for a brake pad and rotor change, sat there for 2 hrs waiting for the parts to arrive. Less than a week later, the same problem was happening. They "fixed" it, and I was off in an hour. I took it back in again about a week later and asked for a refund for the shoddy work. The owner refused, saying they would only "fix" the work. I waited another 3 hours for the parts to arrive. When the same problem happened again, I saw they only gave a 90 day warranty (which is low - most are 1 year or even lifetime). Not wanting to go back for a 4th time with the same problem, I called and asked for a refund. The owner was very rude and refused a refund for the obviously shoddy work/parts. He ended the call by yelling and hanging up on me. Now I'm having to fix the work (includes lifetime warranty). I will never go to Muffler Man and I'll be sure to let others know about my terrible, $500+, 7+ hour experience with this place, with some of the worst customer service I've seen.

I have never had a problem here. They have always been honest about what was wrong with my cars, if they could do the job, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. One of the few places I would take my cars.

This place is a joke they had my truxk for 2 days and still could not tell me when they would done and that it might be done today. They play to much!! Do not ever waste yuor money with them! Take my word spend the extra money and go some where else! Did not want to give them 1 star but I did not have a choice!
