I had used a cheaper company to clear my sewer. Unfortunately they could not complete the job, made excuses and suggested more expensive remedies. I called Parks for a second opinion and their workers put in a lot of time and effort to get the job done. Marking down one star only as it was not made clear to me that there was a service charge in addition to the cleaning fee.

I am very satisfied with the service that I received. My sink was clogged and I had tried everything to unclog it and nothing seemed to work. I called Parks Plumbing & Sewer Inc and they were able to schedule me in for the following day and were able to unclog my sink in less than 15 minutes. Now the waterflow runs thorugh it faster than before. I guess it was really clogged

You guys are ridiculous! you charged me of $233 plus service fee of $69 total $302 just for a drain cleaning! Found out earlier today with the other plumbing company all drain cleaning only for $65 plus no service fee BS charges.

Bath tub sink rodding. Guess what? I paid $233 only for the rodding plus $69 for the service fee total $302. They said the service fee is for the gas and time for coming to my house. In fact the distance between my house from their office is just 1.47 miles to be exact(MAPQUEST.COM) same city same zipcode.



Found out just earlier this today A BETTER PLUMBER & SEWER CO. INC. doesn't charge service fee. Any kind of drain cleaning or rodding only for $65 no BS hidden charges.



I really really grrrr!!.... hate PARKS' Plumbing & Sewer, INC.
