Zero stars!! I would NOT take my car to Valvoline on 41st under any circumstances. I took my car to Valvoline and discovered a major problem when I went to get the next oil change. At Valvoline, the technician had forced the oil plug in and cross threaded the plug. The next place I visited to change my oil discovered the problem that Valvoline created. After removing the threads that Valvoline damaged, there were only three threads still intact on my oil pan. Not nearly enough to effectively hold the oil plug in place. When I called Parker Stewart, the Operations Director, the only thing he was willing to do was give me 50% off my next oil change. What happened to a company standing behind their work? He refused to give me my money back and did not seem to be alarmed that his staff caused the problem in the first place. Now I am faced with having to fix the problem they caused out of my own pocket. Never, ever trust Valvoline with a car-your car is too valuable.

I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else.
