My family and I had dinner at Western Sizzlin in Shelby NC on 10/18. My beef tips was overcooked and tough and wasnt served with the peppers and onions I ordered with it. When I asked for the peppers and onions they were never prepared or brought to me and to boot they double charged my debit card account. Very bad experience. Account correction is still pending.
The food is pretty good. BUT the servers let the customers take the empty plates BACK to the bar for refills. Very Unsanitary
