We bought a very nice competition ski boat from American Marine, And I have to say they were very easy to deal with untl they had my money in their bank account. I had some very serious issues with my boat that were caused directly from there service techs. While I understand that mistakes are made, its how you deal with those issues afterwards that sets you apart from the competition. Because they didn't want to correct their mstake or return my phone and email messages, I needed to have my lawyer contact them to get the action taken needed. Once they did repair the boat the job wasn't done very well and I moved on and traded the boat to a more reputable boat company. Sometimes you have to cut and run. Good luck if you buy from these folks!

We have bought sections of Shoremaster dock for many years. We have multiple rental properties on water, including our own home. Their prices are AMAZING. After buying local (Oshkosh) it was WELL WORTH THE TRIP to go to Shawano. Literally saved over $1000 yesterday.
Salesman (Jared) was GREAT- did most of the deal by phone. Prompt, professional. ASK FOR HIM - I cannot vouch for any others. They helped load the dock, warehouse guys were top notch. Ratcheted everything for us (we couldn't figure out our new straps.....) - fast, courteous. Will ABSOLUTELY go to them again. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!!!

The overall experience was very pleasurable. When making a large purchase like this there are many options and questions to be checked out. Burt was very patient and informative, if he didn't know the answer he reached out and got it in a timely fashion. Showroom is fantastic, could see and touch what I was ordering.

If you go to American Marine only deal with Russ. He is the most knowledgeable salesman and knows shoremaster docks inside and out. The other folks that tried to wait on us didnt have a clue. This has happened to us twice. Save yourself the trouble, just ask directly for him. He is fantastic!!

I recently ordered a boat thru American Marine and had the pleasure of dealing with a salesman named Russ. The boat I ordered was slightly out of the ordinary but I found Russ to be very knowledgable and provided the information I needed to complete my purchase. I would rate it an overall great experience.

Do Not shop at American Marine! "Let me explain this as simply as I can so you'll understand." This is how I was treated on the phone. I bought an enclosed trailer over the phone (I live in Washington), using pictures through email. I was never given the full details of the trailer. When I expressed my disappointment I was offered another trailer for an additional $1900! I also had to buy a spare tire and was given a tire I did not order. "You can certainly trade tires, but will have to pay an up charge." I paid $180 for a spare trailer tire! Do not deal with Shawano's American Marine and Motor Sports!

We were on our way to a family vacation and got a flat tire on our pontoon trailer near Schwano. After stopping at a small tire shop with no luck on a spare, we called American Marine and Motor Sports. They had the tire we needed however, they closed in 30 minutes and we wouldn't have been able to make it there in time. A member or their team, Mike offered to drive the tire to us as soon as he was off work. He brought us the tire and offered to help however he could. We thanked him and he said, it was just the right thing to do. Great service and a life/vacation saver!! Thank you Mike and American Marine and Motor Sports.

If you want the job done right, do not take your boat here for repair. They kept my boat for a month and did absolutely nothing. They are very dishonest and can care less about the customer. Save yourself time, money and aggravation by taking your boat somewhere else. I would not buy a boat or anything else for this company.

Worst place to go, there support is no good and they don't tell the truth. Wasted months of my time. They say customer satisfaction is guaranteed, to get around that they will say some customers are unrealistic. If I could choose no stars I would, they are not worth 1 star.

We just spent 2 weeks of our lives that we can not get back dealing with the HORRIFIC so called "Customer Service/Sales Department" at American Marine. We were warned ahead of time that they were not honest, and we thought "let's give them a shot". Worst service we have ever received, we will spend our hard earned money somewhere else.
