Had damage to the front end of my M3 - which I care about VERY MUCH. The service was fast & efficient. The repair went above and beyond my expectations - they took care of a bunch of UNRELATED rock chips and then were apologetic that they were unable to get all of them because it would have required additional panels to be refinished. Great Work Guys!!. Hope I never have to see you again, but if I do need more repairs you are the only one I will let touch my baby!.

Some dummy T-Boned my car and his insurance company sent me to another auto body shop - well after stopping by and getting the overall impression that those folks didn't really care about what was in my best interests - i asked around and some of my friends recommended this bodyshop - i checked yelp and confirmed a lack of deuschbaggery called and scheduled the repair. The auto service guy (john?) explained that the car is likely to have additional damage - they took the car in and sure enough my car had more damage than the other Insurance company body shop quoted for. Accucraft contacted the insurance company - they then TOTALED!! my vehicle!! even though the shop attempted to work out an arrangement with them. Long story short - The insurance company killed my BMW and wanted to pay me crap for it. The lovely gents @ AccuCraft Collision explained the process, I negotiated a settlement with the insurance company & kept the car (great car!) Accucraft then used the same money the insurance company paid me - fixed the related damage then went and took care of a whole bunch of other smaller cosmetic stuff while they were at it FOR FREE!. I don't know about a whole bunch of automotive repair facilities - but overall they all seem to suck and steal money. These guys don't. Then end.
