First of all, I loved my pedicures. I came here several times and Dawn, Faye, and Jenni did exceptional jobs. With that said, after my experience today, I will not be going back unless I can make only a pedicure appointment with Dawn or Faye. The reason for the 1 star rating is that I took my mother here as a special treat and she was greeted rudely. She did have a great pedicure but our manicure people were incredibly rude and did not even do an acceptable job on her nails. Her technician did not listen to what she was asking her. The other technicians even came over to look at my mom's nails and laughed. This took the joy of going to get our nails done to causing us to feel horrible about ourselves. When I approached the owner about fixing and removing my mom's polish, the owner and employees waited until I was not with my mother and proceeded to tell her it was her fault that her nails are the wrong shape so they won't look good. I am almost 100% positive that someone who does nails for a living can use a nail file and shape a nail. I am not a professional but I could have shaped her nails and slapped polish on them better than how they did hers. The owner should have taken responsibility instead of treating my mother like she was the problem. On top of all of that, she charged me full price for it and then said, "you need to leave a tip". I already had money ready to tip my technicians and the fact that the owner after deflecting responsibility then suggested that I leave a tip made me even more disappointed. Of course I know right from wrong and gave the tip to the deserving technicians. I am appalled by the rudeness we experienced and would not want anyone else to go through it.
