Very business like and helpful. Insisted on testing the old part before he would sell me a new one -- was important for me since if I had guessed wrong it would be another trip. Other parts stores leave it up to the customer to decide which part caused the issue. Price seemed very reasonable and other places either didn't have water heater parts or weren't open on Sundays!!
