On August 8, 2013 I called Don to come out and fix some issues I was having with my sprinklers. Friendly, no problem. They came out and fixed it. Approximately 9 months later one side of my sprinklers did not go on so I had seen an area where there might be a leak. I dug it up and sure enough a leaky elbow. It looked like shoddy work. It was underground and could not have been damaged unless someone was digging near there and I can attest that that area has not been dug up since the guys came out originally. So, I said "Ok no problem, I'll just call Don because he's a nice guy and he's located in San Dimas and I'm in Glendora. He can take care of this no problem." I spoke to him and explained the situation he said "It's $150 just to come out and if it's our fault we will replace it for free." Then he said, "there has been a couple of earthquakes the past couple of weeks." So he's clearly trying to set up a stage that it's not his fault. This would have taken someone 10 minutes to do. Max he would have spent $20 with fuel and time. I realize that he's not in business for free work but he could have taken care of this and kept a customer for life. Instead, he chose not to. Bottom line is, he doesn't take care of the customer and is not willing to work with you when something goes wrong. Stay away from this company!!!!

I have worked with Don, and seen his work. He and his crew do just about anything you need. If he can't do it, he'll tell you how to get it done ad who can do it well.
