I was looking for a new dentist. All the places I called, I could not get an appointment for three weeks. Then I called Dr. Dulski office and they got me in that same day.With in three days I had my teeth cleaned an I was on my way to a healthier smile.Thanks to everyone there.

Arrogant, condescending and smug is accurate and appropriate. Spent the first hour filling out financial paperwork guaranteeing payment (kind of says it all for the direction of this practice). Claims to be gentle, which in my case was not at all the case. Went to him twice... and found another dentist, who I am very satisfied with. He expects payment in full when you leave, then it is up to the patient to submit his bill to their insurance carrier for reimbursement. Additionally, he is dreadfully expensive.

7:15am call, 8:30am appointment, same day. Fast service, nice staff, Quality doctor. Fixed dry socket after surgery from other doctor. Minimal wait. Trusting doctor. I am a student at RIT, would recommend this doctor. considering making him primary dentist.

My problem started with gum recession. I was biking, had an accident, and chipped a lateral tooth. When I asked advise, Dr. Dulski and crew assisted is restoring, whitening, and rebuilding my entire smile for me. It has been painless and thrilling experience for me. I am very, very pleased with Dr. Dulski. Prior to Dr. Dulski, I was very uncomfortable with Novocain shots. What a difference here. They do not hurt as they have at other offices, and the Dr. actually waits for the Novocain to achieve maximum effectiveness before he begins any work. Thanks!Mark Cordy

Keeping an appointment was difficult for me. I could always come up with a "good" excuse not to show up or cancel, ranging from the kids to work. Lets face it, anything takes priority over getting dental work done. I let it go, until I HURT!!!I called Dr. Dulski's office, and the wonderful receptionist got me in the same day. I got to meet Dr. Dulski and the hygienist. The whole staff encouraged me to look to the future and make sure I took care of myself. They committed themselves to seeing me through completion of the treatment I so badly needed. Fees were quoted along with insurance estimated and in writing! I decided to take advantage of an opening they had. To make a long story short, I have been going to Dr. Dulski for over 7 years. My husband, children, in-laws, and my own mom are all patients there .., they take good care of us. Dr Dulski and his staff work hard to ensure that the care we receive is the care we deserve.
