Difficult to deal with. Customer service unsatisfactory. Meager stock and expensive.

Took my gun into the gun shop with a problem with the sights. Since I did not purchase the gun at the store the gunsmith there did not want to help me with my issue. If you did not pay the high prices at Jerry's plan to get your issues solved elsewhere. Was more than happy to pay him for his work installing new sights, but he did not seem interested in helping me. There are better places to spend your money.

I have bought several guns here as well as had work done on my hunting rifle's, top notch work. The prices are a little high but it's nice to get some know how with the purchase. These guys really know their stuff. They always stand behind their work and the staff is very knowledgeable. They also handle my FFL business if I buy or sell a gun online.

I thought I'd give this place a try considering it was right down the street from my house, took a 12gauge barrel in to have the barrel shortened and a new site put on. They told me it would be one week, I gave them two and called, they said it would be done that Friday. Went Saturday to pick up and still was not finished. Said it would be another week they couldn't get a site, imagine that a gun shop that can't get a site in three weeks. Finally got angry and picked up my barrel, I started to clean it and found a blue stain like they used it to prop something else up for bluing. Do not go there unless you really don't care about your firearm.:(

Lethargic sales staff. Pricing way out of line with other competitors in the area. If you decide to purchase from this establishment, make sure you are getting what they claim the product comes with. Limited selection and prices too high! When you bring the pricing factor up with them they become annoyed.
