This place has decent customer service, but their product is totally inferior. In the last 1 year I've had to return 2 sets of ear rings for repair. Although they offered to repair the jewelry free of charge, you don't expect to have so many problems, makes you wonder about the quality of the product. Not sure I'd purchase from them again.
