Dr. Kundi and her office is by far the worst i have ever dealt with. I did not choose her but was assigned to her by my insurance. That being said it took over 8 weeks to schedule my first appointment due to the fact that she is only there on Tuesdays and the Physician Assistants are only there on Mondays and every other Fridays. Being that I am a Type 1 diabetic and therefore on insulin pump therapy my need for multiple prescriptions and to make sure they stay updated is paramount to my health and wellbeing. Dr. Kundi was faxed over a prescription a week and half ahead of when a refill would be required. The Friday and Monday that the P.A.'s were in they were not given the paper work to fill out because the Doctor instructed that she would do so. Tuesday came around and the Doctor neither filled out the updated prescription nor did she leave the paperwork so that anyone else could. When i called to confirm that prescription was completed I was informed that she was too busy and had taken the paperwork and would not be returning until the following Tuesday. This has now created an emergency for me due to the lack of communication and follow through on the Doctor and her staff. It has required me to make multiple calls back and forth between her office and my medical equipment supplier who also has been calling the office for an update every other day without a resolution. If you value your health or that of your loved ones you will find a different doctor to be responsible for your care. I have already requested a new primary physician through my insurance and will be filling a complaint with the proper medical boards in regards to the neglect involved. Im sure Dr. Kundi is a qualified physician however her workload and ability to stay organized are both unacceptable and patients are and will continue to suffer because of this.

The most rude doctor ever! I am changing this doctor and going to a new place. She basically told me she didn't have time for me straight at my face. I asked her what something was and she rudely told me to google it because she somehow scheduled me and it needs to be quick and she wont explain it to me. On top of that when I asked her to see a paper for my symptoms, she first asked me if I am a doctor, then if I went to medical school, and then she didn't need to see anything because she was the doctor and she is always right. The way I wrote this, I made it sound like it was okay but she was extremely extremely rude. I am making a formal complaint against her today. I hope she reads this and she know how rude she was because she could have told me the same things in a nice way without being offensive and I would have understood. And by the way, I will go to Med school :/
