After seeing good reviews on here, and on Facebook, I decided to give them a try! I went in and asked the owner if They could do the picture (a balayage brown into blonde) that I provided. She said they could do it no problem and set me up with any appointment.
The day of my appointment I came in and everyone was very nice. However, the stylist idea of a balayage was basically just to bleach the crap out of my hair. No toner, basically no blending, just bleach. I looked in the mirror and immediately didn’t like it. But i figured Id go home and mess with it a bit, even though it was NOTHING like the picture i have provided.
It looked horrible. There was a very difinitive line around the top of my head and there were parts that weren’t bleached completely so there were random reddish spots. It was just not done well at all, and nothing like what i had asked for.
I came back the next day and talked to the owner about the situation. She offered to have the stylist fix it, and when i told her that i dont think I would feel comfortable with that, she just said “well we don’t give money back so, “
If someone is unhappy with a service you provided, you should most DEFINITELY give their money back!! Integrity!
She had the stylist call me to possibly talk through fixing it. One of the first things she said was that she could put some low lights through it. That is not what it needed at all!
I cant speak to anything else at their salon, as i had no other service. But, i will HIGHLY suggest that you never go here if you want a balayage. That is not a service that they are capable of completing. I ended up going somewhere else to get it fixed, and thankfully they were able to tone it out and add some brown back into my hair. Would not recommend anyone go here if you want something like this done.
