I had very particular needs when finding a divorce attorney. I needed someone who could handle a case that had numerous issues to settle, including interstate child custody, division of finances, residential and rental properties, retirement accounts. I found few attorneys who could handle all my needs, which is why I was grateful to come across Kathy Root. She was able to give me information on my options immediately and followed up on every need promptly. She gave me information as each issue needed attention. The process was very involved and sometimes exhausting, and Kathy was able to console me through the tough times. With her care in handling the case, I was able to move on post-divorce with my financial holdings and my children's future financial needs protected. I am so grateful to her and I know she will give others her expertise in all areas of practice that is before her.
