YA I guess if you're a male they are very helpfull !!!! I called to see if they had a transmission I needed for my van...and not even 3 seconds went by and the guy says "nope" right off the bat....HA! I asked if he knew where I could locate 1 and he just threw a bizz name at me...didn't even offer to help me find it like their ad says!...WHAT A JOKE!.... anyways...I found one at All Truck Parts! and they were very helpful to me and very nice!...even tho I was a female!...Thanks for nothing guys!....hahahaha

i had stoped in there the other day to buy an altanator..the lady was nice but i couldnt get passed the fact that she was smoking in side the lil shack not noticing that i was coughing and hacking she still continued to smoke. it was so bad i had to walk out side for some freash air.when you have a customer at leased put it out for them but other then that the price was fair and they even gave me a 30 day warrenty
