About Jean JosephAfter earning his bachelor's degree from the University of Miami in 2008, Jean Joseph worked as a personal trainer and a licensed nuclear medicine technologist. In 2012, he joined American Income Life Insurance Company (AIL). "I am very competitive. I have a heart to serve and a passion for helping others," Jean says. These were the main reasons he wanted to join the Company.Another factor in Jean's decision to start a career with AIL was his desire for business ownership and helping others grow. "I wanted to become an agency leader to help others grow in the industry. I was a personal recruit of Eric Giglione, and I was enticed to join the Company because of the unlimited opportunity," he says.
