I was in my very first accident last December. In being unfamiliar to the insurance/ car repair experience...let me tell you how AWESOME this place is!!! The staff is amazing! They make you feel very comfortable in what can be a difficult time. Raul took his time in taking pictures of all damages and more importantly took the time to explain what the job would entail. That meant everything to me being that my vehicle is important and the safety of my family. Stephanie the front office assistant kept me updated aprox 2-3 times a week on the progress of my repairs. My car was severely damaged where I couldn't stand to look at it. Now my car looks brand new!! You would NEVER know it was in an accident. That says a lot being that I love my car and I'm a very picky person! The repairs were completed when promised and again I couldn't be happier with my results!!!!
