They sold me a "Gem Uncirculated" (advertised as "MS-65+") $20 St. Gaudens for $3,500.00 and offered to send it to PCGS, a third-party grading agency, to have it encapsulated for me for "just" $160 extra. I accepted. Two months (!) later, I got the coin back in an MS-63 holder, meaning that the coin was worth HUNDREDS of dollars less in retail value than was advertised. On top, I checked PCGS's website, and it costs less than $40 to grade a coin, which got me thinking... So, I searched for them on PCGS's website, and they are NOT an authorized PCGS dealer (see for yourself: https://www.pcgs.com/dealers/results). They illegally and unscrupulously submit others' coins without even being licensed to do so - and at exorbitant prices, no less! Save your money and frustration and go somewhere else.

I have done business with them for years and they are the best in a class of there own. Fair, honest trustworthy and very professional.
