Went for a Brazilian blowout treatment. Had male stylist there who was not welcoming or friendly from the start. He seemed irritated that I was asking ?s about the treatment & the process. Throughout the entire process he mentioned several times that I my hair was the hardest he's every dealt with, making me very concerned w/ what the end result would be. I have curly hair that requires some work to get straight. Tried to kindly explain to him what works for me when blow drying & flat ironing my hair. He did not listen & kept cutting me off telling me about my hair texture, but what he was saying was wrong & he would have known that if he would have stopped to listen. He became obviously upset that I was asking ?s & that I was concerned w/ the quality of his work. He begin huffing & even became rude and condescending. I left w/ my hair looking worse than it EVER has. He said "that is as straight as it will get but it looks great". I had to redo myself after paying him $250+
