Waited two hours and then they cancel. The next day gave us another two hour window, after two hours and 20 minutes we called and they said they’d be at least another half hour. Zero out of zero. Would NOT recommend.

I had gone to the mattress store came out and my push button start was not working I called roadside assistance through my insurance they had called another tow company that was very rude and after three hours of waiting I cancelled that tow and called Mitchell's they were very courteous and professional! The tow truck was there within 10-15 minutes. He also didn't have to tow it figured out what was wrong and sent me on my way !!! Thank you Anthony!!! Don't mess around call Mitchell's !!!!

Had to have my Ducati towed unfortunately and many companies don't want to take motorcycles or don't know what they're doing. Mitchell's didn't hesitate and sent their driver Jim out who met me right at 4 like they said. He knew exactly what he was doing was very friendly and got the bike loaded and to the shop in no time. I would highly recommmend them and even though I hope I don't need to use them again, if I do I will certainly be calling them.

They said 60 to 90 and got there in about 75 mins so on schedule. Were very friendly. My insurance on covered 20 miles and they only charged $5 per mile after that.

As I sat by the side of the turnpike, 300 miles from home after blowing out a tire, it was Mitchell's towing to the rescue. Not only did they find me (another company could not) but the dispatcher, who was very funny, called to check on me and found me a service center that was still open on a Saturday evening. They were my road side Angels.

So professional and nice! I broke down in my schools garage that is super tiny, and he managed to get my car started and get it out of there safely! Was prompt and extremely respectful!!!!

Today I broke down on the side of 279N in Pittsburgh during rush hour. I was on a tight shoulder and was stressed to the max. When my insurance's roadside assistance called the tow truck they said it would be 30-60 minutes because of rush hour. As soon as I got off the phone with my insurance company, Bob from Randy Mitchell towing called to find out exactly where I was. Once he pinpointed me, he said that he would be there as fast as possible, and that I didn't have to stay with my car. By the time I made it back to where I work (about 10 minutes away), and got back into the building, he called me to tell me that my car was hooked up and on its way. From the first phone call to when my car was hooked up was only 25 minutes! He was very nice and very fast. Thank you for making a stressful situation that much easier.
