I live very near this store and with kids of my own with cars we are

frequently using their services. The store hours are great. When you need that one last part at 9 at night there is

still one auto parts store open. I know my way around a vehicle but still

find the employees helpful and friendly and willing to strike up a conversation when not busy.

You can learn alot by listening to others. I love going in the evenings because the manager is helpful

and enthusiastic. I mean who wants to be a night manager? I guess you could say the atmosphere is

more casual and less stressed.



I have only one problem with this store and it is the manager who is usually there during the day.

He does greet customers if he is in front but I have never seen him help a customer. I guess thats

what the kids are for. Whats worse is he chastises them in front of the customers which to me is

just not right. Not to mention I have seldom seen an employee who deserved to be corrected much

less chastised. Thsi guy has some kind of power thing going with the employees. Not a leader in my

book.

Maybe thats why there have been so many employees come and go. Seems a new face every week.

I think with a decent manager this store could be an even better producer for the company.
