Terrible, terrible service and even worse people. Their goal is to cheat you out your money and they don't care if they sell your broken or incorrect car parts. Please stay away.

As an autobody shop owner, Manuel was my first place to call for a part. The owner has done everything he can to make the usually damaging parts in stock but the ppl working at the front ruined it. The worst customer treatment I have ever seen in both locations. They can make you seat and wait for hrs and they don't even talk to you properly...sad!

The worst auto parts business that my company has had the misfortune of dealing with. They sold me an engine that they never delivered and now it is a fight to get a refund. My bad, I should have read the ratings first- Then i would not have done any business with them.And you wonder why the automotive field has a bad rep.

I wasnt even a customer, (went along with a friend) What i obsevered in the 15 minutes i was there was truly incredible... it was a packed house. one lady left in tears because the flashy guy draped gold jewelry that was eating on a tooth pick called her stupid and denied her warranty. a smaller long hair hispanic male talking trash about the quite large gentleman in his face with another co worker but in spanish. and the parts runner guys refusing to get a part because his break was coming up....

the personel working in the front are rude and act like you are bothering them when you go in there to buy something.
