TCM lied to get my business. Tom is praised a lot on these reviews, but both Johnny and Tom lied directly to me. My radiator is under warranty for LIFE, they said I could bring the radiator and they'd replace it. Then today they called and said they don't accept "customer parts" $108 an hour for labor. $250 for a radiator and antifreeze -$550 to replace a radiator - joke! Had they told me that yesterday, I wouldn't have left my vehicle - they knew that. So they charged me $55 for diagnostics to tell me my radiator needed replaced - hello ...... That's what I told you yesterday when I brought my vehicle in. It's ok. I read the other reviews on how they pulled the same stunts on other customers. Word will get around (with help from me) Bad service is something everyone shares! I even gave them the opportunity to make it right by refunding my $55 and admitting they lied and I wouldn't post my experience. Guess how that turned out. If you visit this shop - you can't say you weren't warned.
