Ask for Carlton, total gentleman. He communicated the process every step of the way. He is courteous in your home and polite. He limited the dust in the house, helped move the furniture and put it back together. He knows how to deal with custom or specialty furniture in a careful way. He works very fast, faster than 3 guys put together. He lets you know when the materials will be there, what hours he will work, and he can be trusted in your home. He has a very positive attitude and works very hard. I recommend this company if you ask for this guy. The price was very reasonable. However communication between the office, owner and the rest of the crew needs improvement. Had special requests that were not abided by anyone else other than Carlton. Did not find it pleasant to remind people the same thing all the time. Also did not like having different strangers everyday coming into the home without notification. It felt very awkward. Was not informed who was doing what or when.
