This store is under new management and the customer service is HORRIBLE!! CINDY HINKLE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!! She is very condescending and her attitude is haughty and disgusting! I've been buying diamonds at this location for more than 5 years and NEVER AGAIN will I purchase from this location!! If I could give this rating ZERO STARS--I would! Cindy Hinkle is grossly unprofessional and fails at the most menial task!! During my last 3 encounters with Cindy Hinkle in the last 60 days, she has proven herself to be a poorly-hidden bigot. I've called corporate on her once already and after this post, I will call them again today about her overwhelming rudeness and lack of common decency. I am taking my business to ANY location except this one! I am not a tourist and I will NOT be treated like dirt under any circumstances.
