These people at this park are criminals I rented a lot from these people afterm buying a trailer that was already in a lot. After I caught up the rent the last tenant owed and put a new deposit down they gave us a weeks notice to move our home and gave us no explanation other than he wanted his lot back and would not let us rent another spot from them...all of this thrown at my wife and I 3 weeks before Christmas.

I couldn't even talk more than 45 seconds with the guy on the phone was very rude! Pathetic service! I asked if I could ask a couple of questions and he said maybe so I responded that it won't take more than three minutes and then he was like alright I asked the first question and he was like huh? Rude!

my husband stayed there for 28 days and had to come back. it took the owner a month and a half to send him his left over deposit AND charged him for two months of electrcity!!!! They were supposed to send it right away and did not. GOOD LUCK staying there!! You wount recieve your depsit back!!!!
