Very attentive and helpful

Lacey helped me get back on my feet (literally) after I sprained my ankle multiple times throughout my life. She was very helpful and making sure I received exceptional one on one care. Would reccommend to my friends and family.

General Info
Lacey Salberg, DPT, completed her bachelor’s degree in Public Health at Tulane University in New Orleans, where she developed a foundation in injury prevention, as well as a love for jazz music. After college, Lacey became an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and taught a high school fitness, nutrition, and mental resilience curriculum in the NYC education system. She later followed her passion and earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Rutgers University, where she received the “outstanding research and scholarship award,” for her presentation at the International Symposium of Adapted Physical Activity in South Korea. At Rutgers, Lacey gained clinical experience in orthopedic, neurological, and cardiothoracic ICU settings. Lacey attributes her love for human movement to the decade she spent competing in USA Gymnastics. Through sport, she developed an innate sense of body awareness and creative exercise techniques that she incorporates into her individualized treatment sessions. Gymnastics taught Lacey what she believes is the core principle of PT – that having control over your body gives you autonomy over your life. Lacey has multiple years of experience treating orthopedics, geriatrics, sports injuries, and pelvic floor therapy. She is proud to be part of the Physical Therapy profession and is dedicated to providing the highest quality of evidence based care.
