Absdolutely wonderful service. Managed to get the wine stain that I thought was hopeless out of my favorite dress.

Horrible! The stained and burned an expensive jacket and didn't alert me there was a problem. They had the nerve to still put the jacket that I brought to them WHITE, with orange and black stains on it on a hanger! They acted as if the garment fine and it came to them that way! I'm appalled! They never apologized and even tried to force me to pay for the coat they did clean despite the fact they'd ruined my jacket!
