A Norwich Taxi driver was parked at the end of my condo driveway today, I couldn't go around him because the driveway curves too much and I could get hit head on by someone coming down the hill. I patiently waited with my blinker on, not knowing why he was just sitting there at the bottom of the hill. The driver got very angry when he saw I wouldn't go around him and sped up the hill. As I got to the top of the hill myself, he had turned around and screamed profanities at me about not knowing how to drive through his open window. I think he may have been even worse if my husband hadn't been outside already and walking toward me. The driver heard my husband yell back at him and sped off. I really don't appreciate being treated like that, especially in my own drive way on my own property by someone who is using it like a parking lot. Norwich Taxi already has a bad reputation, and this man has done nothing to improve it.
