Terrible long term contracts that auto renew.

I called Network Alarm Services because I was having problems with my security system. They handled the call, and sent out a technician to resolve the issue. I called Network Alarm Services after the issue was resolved because I wanted to commend Julie and Stephanie and to give them a pat on the back for all of their valuable assistance. I also praised Mike T, their technician, for being very knowledgeable and courteous. Thank you for having great customer service.

I had an issue arming my system on night and I spoke to Peter until 12am just trying to figure it out. He did such an amazing job and was able to walk me through the issue and being able to arm her system again.
